Our March 11th Discipleship Training will be on “Good Grief,” a time to think about the process of grief and grieving and how they impact our lives. I have come to believe that we are all grieving something, or multiple things, all the time. How we deal with those thoughts, feelings, concepts and impacts in our lives makes a huge difference.

As Lent is sometimes a more somber season, this seemed like a good topic to take on together. We will gather for a meal at 6:30 PM that evening, then share in a program about theories of grief, and some thoughts on how we can gain from those in our own lives. We will look at grief in the Bible and work to leave that night with some practical thoughts on what this all means to each of us.
