The May Mission Offering will be collected for Community Aid for Empowerment, known as CAFÉ, an immigrant advocacy organization in Pontiac and Waterford that supports immigrant families. Elita Reyes will tell us about this nonprofit at the Mission Moment after worship on May 3rd. The focus of CAFÉ is to keep local immigrant families together by providing mutual aid, legal assistance, support for detained loved ones, and resources to help families stay safe during increases in ICE (US Immigration and Customs Enforcement) activity. Every dollar raised goes directly toward urgent needs such as food, phone calls, and legal fees. |

We will gather on Monday nights at 7 PM for a class again this Fall. Our first session will be on September 8th. The group will look over potential topics and formats for the next few months and decide on a direction together. This will be a vibrant gathering if past performance is any indication! |

Candlelight Concerts bring the magic of a live, multi-sensory musical experience to awe-inspiring locations like never seen before in Detroit. Get your tickets here to discover a variety of music at Sanctuary Church Birmingham under the gentle glow of candlelight (tickets are sold exclusively by Fever, not by the church or at the door). Join us in the Fellowship Hall on the second Tuesday of each month at 6:30 PM for our Discipleship Class. Dinner is provided, followed by a class taught by Sanctuary's Teaching Pastor, Rev. John Miller. It's a great night of food, fellowship, and learning. All are welcome. |
