Worship Service
In-person worship gatherings have resumed at 10:30am every Sunday in our traditional, beautiful sanctuary. Our services, groups, and missions are open to all. Please enter from the main doors on Willits St. We are thrilled to have everyone back worshipping in person and can’t wait to see you!
Mission Moment
New Hope Center for Grief Support is a non-profit in Northville, dedicated to adults and children grieving the death of a loved one. Their mission is to create a safe community for those in grief and help change our culture’s perspective about grief and loss. Founded in 2000, the center offers direct grief support services, community outreach, and training. They facilitate grief sensitivity training for community groups, professionals, first responders, and schools. Other programs include seminars about understanding grief, holiday grief support, showing a grief documentary, memorial ceremonies, and a Kids’ Camp. Come and hear board member Donna Melonio, tell us about their services after worship on December 7th in the parlor.

We will gather on Monday nights at 7 PM for a class again this Fall. Our first session will be on September 8th. The group will look over potential topics and formats for the next few months and decide on a direction together. This will be a vibrant gathering if past performance is any indication!

Discipleship Class
Join us in the Fellowship Hall on the second Tuesday of each month at 6:30 PM for our Discipleship Class. Dinner is provided, followed by a class taught by Sanctuary's Teaching Pastor, Rev. John Miller. It's a great night of food, fellowship, and learning. All are welcome.

This weekly group offers support, friendship, and ministry opportunities with a primary focus on serving women and girls locally and globally. They meet on Zoom at 10am every Thursday.

Candlelight Concerts bring the magic of a live, multi-sensory musical experience to awe-inspiring locations like never seen before in Detroit. Get your tickets here to discover a variety of music at Sanctuary Church Birmingham under the gentle glow of candlelight (tickets are sold exclusively by Fever, not by the church or at the door). General Info Dates and time: Thursdays and Fridays at 6:30 PM and 8:45 PM Duration: 60 minutes (doors open 30 mins prior to the start time and late entry is not permitted) Age requirement: 8 years old or older.
