New Hope Center for Grief Support is a non-profit in Northville, dedicated to adults and children grieving the death of a loved one. Their mission is to create a safe community for those in grief and help change our culture’s perspective about grief and loss. Founded in 2000, the center offers direct grief support services, community outreach, and training. They facilitate grief sensitivity training for community groups, professionals, first responders, and schools. Other programs include seminars about understanding grief, holiday grief support, showing a grief documentary, memorial ceremonies, and a Kids’ Camp. Come and hear board member Donna Melonio, tell us about their services after worship on December 7th in the parlor. |

Program Info Join us for a night of story telling, candle lighting, and carol singing as we focus in on one of the most powerful moments in the Christian tradition: the birth of Jesus Christ. We will celebrate the light that breaks through the darkness and moves our hearts toward hope, peace, love, and joy. Our musical program will include Christmas favorites like Joy to the World, O Come All Ye Faithful, Hark the Herald Angels Sing, and Silent Night, and will be led by Sanctuary Collective, a community of diverse musicians, artists, and collaborators from the Metro Detroit area.
