    Join us as we support Friendship House's fundraising event, Fowling for Food. Grab a couple of friends and have fun throwing a football at bowling pins. Fowling for Food is at the Fowling Warehouse in Hamtramck on September 30th from 6:30-10 pm. Register at the link below.   • Fall and Friendship on Old Woodward

    The Sanctuary Sisters invites everyone to join them on Sunday, October 2nd for a fun trip to the Birmingham Farmer’s Market followed by lunch at Salvatore Scaloppini’s. We will depart the church immediately following worship. Walk, or catch a quick ride. Please RSVP.

    Join us on Tuesday, May 9th for our next Discipleship class. We will meet in the Fellowship Hall for dinner at 6:30pm, and the class will begin at 7pm. Will Lobb, our Creative Arts Director, will give a presentation on church music: Why do we sing in church? What types of music have been used in worship throughout the centuries? How has sacred music influenced Western classical and American folk music, and vice versa? What does the Christian music industry look like today, and how did we get here? All are welcome to attend. After this meeting, the Discipleship class will pause for the summer and resume in September.
