The Parlor 300 Willits St, Birmingham, MI, United StatesAs we continue six months of reflection on peacemaking, we will share in Dan Buttry’s Bible study, “A Bible Study Manual on Conflict Transformation”. We will gather on Monday night at 7pm beginning on September 16th. Bring your Bible and a notebook as we work our way through sections of both the Old and New Testaments.
Sanctuary Sisters
This weekly group offers support, friendship and ministry opportunities with a primary focus on serving women and girls locally and globally. During this current time of COVID-19 they meet via Zoom Meetings at 10AM every Thursday.
All-Church Workday
Sanctuary Church 300 Willits St, Birmingham, MI, United StatesEveryone is invited to an all-church workday planned for Saturday, January 11th at 9am. There will be bagels, coffee, and OJ. The focus of the event is to give the Sanctuary, Parlor and Welcome Center spaces a thorough cleaning including: Remove pew cushions to clear-out scraps and crumbs Dust the floor under all the pews (we have a very wide dustmop) Organize pencils and offering envelopes in the pews Vacuum the many fallen pine needles (from Christmas decorations) from carpet corners, chancel, baptistry, Parlor, Welcome Center, and stairs to the attic And whatever else we spot that morning
