Sanctuary is offering an opportunity to register for a workshop on Becoming a Companion sponsored by Pathways to Promise. The Companionship program is a ministry of presence for those who are isolated and suffering, helping them find the right solutions for themselves. Companionship skills teach how to walk alongside people who need to know they are not alone. Participants will be introduced to the Companionship Model and learn about relational engagement that enables substantial change when helping others. They will also learn the importance of integrating Companionship into their organizations and communities.

The registration fee is $60, which can be reimbursed by Sanctuary following attending the workshop. Save a copy of your registration and email to Janice Rowe. Also include a note that you attended the training and any comments you want to share about it. Please note the workshop time on the website says CST, however, we have confirmed it is a mistake and it runs from 7-10pm EST. Space is limited, please register early if you plan to attend.
