Healing Heart Connections: A grief support group using the book “Understanding Your Grief” and journal by grief expert, Dr. Alan Wolfelt.

If you are struggling with an unwanted life change, you are not alone. Come and find support from others who are grieving a loss in a gentle, non-judgmental setting. Two professional co-leaders will guide you through your path of grief.
