Cooking with Paige

Asian-Inspired Salmon Salad Bowl  Colorful? Yes! Tasty? Yes! Healthy? Yes! Join Paige Moore for a Zoom cooking demonstration and learn to make an “Asian-Inspired Salmon Salad Bowl” that you can easily add into your weekly rotation of meals! We will explore how to sear salmon, various knife skills, and other cooking techniques. This versatile and easy dish can be customizable with your preferences, so come and join in on the fun!   Sign up for this event by emailing and you will be emailed a Zoom link the day before the event. Have the ingredients handy and enjoy!   Ingredients Salmon filet, deboned. 1/2 pound per person (8 ounces). You could also substitute your preferred protein here, chicken would work great as well! Red bell pepper (or whatever color you want! Ripe Avocado Red Cabbage (Can be bagged, I just like fresh and cutting my own!) Green Cabbage (Can be bagged, I just like fresh and cutting my own!) Cucumber Cooked White Rice (optional) Sesame Seeds Salt and Pepper  Dressing Soy Sauce (Tamari or GF equivalent if you prefer) Fresh ginger Fresh garlic Sesame Oil Rice Wine Vinegar Honey Olive Oil
