DESCRIPTION:Join us on Tuesday\, May 9th for our next Discipleship class. We will meet in the Fellowship Hall for dinner at 6:30pm\, and the class will begin at 7pm. Will Lobb\, our Creative Arts Director\, will give a presentation on church music: Why do we sing in church? What types of music have been used in worship throughout the centuries? How has sacred music influenced Western classical and American folk music\, and vice versa? What does the Christian music industry look like today\, and how did we get here? All are welcome to attend. After this meeting\, the Discipleship class will pause for the summer and resume in September.

DESCRIPTION:As summer comes to an end\, we welcome you to join us for our Welcome Home Picnic on September 11\, immediately following worship. Lunch will be provided. During our time together\, we will be assembling baskets for new mothers to donate to Lighthouse (formerly SOS). If you are able to donate newborn or size 1 diapers or baby wipes\, it would be greatly appreciated. We can’t wait to share a time to service and fellowship with you.
